Registration Information:

Member Conference Pricing

$525 per AACE Member when registering and paying by May 29th; $550 when registering and paying after May 29th but before start of conference; $600 at the door

Non-Member Conference Pricing

$620 per Non-Member when registering and paying by May 29th; $645 when registering and paying after May 29th but before start of conference; $695 at the door

Hotel Reservation information

AACE conference attendees pricing is $189/night. The cutoff date is pending. This price is available from 10/17/2022 through 10/20/2022.

Testing:

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) testing will occur on the last day of the conference, Thursday, October 20th at 0900. Test takers must be in the room at 0900 to set up laptop.

EXAMS: You must pre-register with ICC for the exam. You will need to bring a laptop and any books that are required for your specific exam. The cost is separate from the conference fees and is payable to ICC in advance.

Cancellation Policy: A $150.00 administrative fee will be subtracted from all conference refunds. Refunds may be granted for cancellations requested up to 2 weeks before the conference. After that time, no refunds will be granted for cancellations, with the exception of emergencies, which must be approved by the President and the Management Company upon receipt of written documentation from the member explaining the emergency. Should refunds be granted for emergencies within 2 weeks of the conference, AACE will still subtract the $150 administrative fee.
