Officers Wu & Ng from the NYPD 7 Precinct recently responded to a woman who sustained a gunshot graze wound to her femoral artery. Officer Wu, a trained paramedic, swiftly rendered aid by packing her wound with gauze. Because of their life-saving actions, the woman is alive today.
