Pecan Pie Cookies
These Pecan Pie Cookies are a delightful twist on a classic dessert. Sweet, nutty, and irresistibly good!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
Add Dry Ingredients: Combine flour and baking powder; gradually mix into the creamed mixture. Stir in pecans.
Bake: Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool before serving.
