Now, anyone who knows me knows I hate to cook and will live on carrots, smoothies and nuts rather than break a sweat in the kitchen. But I just got home from my first raw, vegan pot luck and was absolutely blown away by the food. The most addictive was this little beauty. I hit the bowl FIVE times!
2-3 zucchinis sliced very thin -- they used a mandoline to cut them.
Then you mix the marinade, toss with the zuccs and lay out on a
dehydrator for 14-20 hrs (or on the top of your wood stove, I guess. I
used to do mushrooms that way)
Marinade
4 T lemon juice
2-1/2 T olive oil
1/2 tsp each paprika, oregano, basil, and celtic salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
2-1/2 tsp. each onion and garlic powder.
