CITY MOURNS THE PASSING OF CHIEF OF POLICE STEVE FARNSWORTH
(Kirksville, MO) — The City of #Kirksville is shocked and saddened at the passing of Chief of Police Steve Farnsworth. Steve was a champion of community policing and will be sorely missed by the community he served. We ask that residents join us in keeping Steve’s family – and especially his sons – in their thoughts.
Deputy Chief of Police Justin Jones will serve as interim Chief of Police. We also ask for residents’ support of the City’s Police Department during this time as they continue to provide policing excellence in partnership with the community.
