2-Apr-2019 - As we wrote last week, on Sunday March 31, 2019, StarcomRacing, USFRA + Landon Cassill hosted our NASCAR Hometown Hero Fort Worth Fire Department fireman & PIO Mike Drivdahl (also President of FW Firefighter Charities) at Texas Motor Speedway.
StarCom Racing’s Hometown Hero program helps bring awareness to the efforts of our nation’s first responders and recognizes one responder that has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
The USFRA car #00 honors our nation's first responders and military and looked amazing!
The StarCom Racing team were incredible hosts with a catered lunch, snacks and drinks, plus (more importantly) pit tours, access to the pit and garage area and a meet-and-greet with Landon.
Below are some photos from the event of our 2019 Hometown Hero Mike Drivdahl and his son, Bill and Janet Liebsch (USFRA Special Projects Director and Executive VP respectively) and Team SCR.
So thrilled we got to attend #NASCAR race on behalf of USFRA ~ thank you @StarcomRacing for a fabulous day @TXMotorSpeedway with car #00 to honor #FirstResponders https://t.co/yqcRQZ2TIa
