I am an ICISF CISM instructor and responder. I have worked in Emergency Services for decades. I responded to all types of disaster events. If you would like your department CISM trained to have a Crisis Intervention Team please contact me. When a disaster happens, man made or natural, it's too late to train.
Let's do it now.
