NEED PARTICIPATION IN MY MASTER'S THESIS IN THE FIELD OF EMERGENCY AND DISASTER MANAGEMENT

Hi Everybody, I am Ashwin! I am new to the community and its an honour to be connecting with all of you :).

I am a graduate student from ArtCenter College of Design, Pasadena, CA currently pursuing my Master’s Thesis in the field of Emergency and Disaster Management. For the purpose of my qualitative research, I am looking to connect with First Responders, Incident Commanders, Section Managers, Field officers and EM experts to conduct virtual interviews and discussion groups. My Thesis examines the relationship between institutionalized leadership and operational stresses faced by various actors during an emergency response.
