If you have an outlet and the plugs are loose and falling out it's time to replace it! One of our inspectors recently came across this outlet.

Loose connections lead to heating of plugs and outlets which could result in a fire. If your plugs are loose or you notice them getting really hot, call a licensed electrician and have it replaced.
If an outlet is smoke or you see fire call 911!
