2024 HURRICANE SEASON NEWS AND UPDATES

Hurricane season officially kicks off June 1 and runs thru Nov 30. NOAA National Weather Service forecasters are predicting above-normal hurricane activity in the Atlantic basin for 2024 with a range of 17 to 25 total named storms (winds of 39 mph or higher).
