Portsmouth police officer arrested in Hampton

A police officer is on the wrong side of the law accused of driving drunk and assaulting an officer. That's according to Hampton police. That officer Carmen Johnson is facing multiple charges tonight. Marta Berglund has more on what police say happened and Johnson’s future in law enforcement.
