Fairbury Rural Fire in NE has this Peterbilt / Hills Stainless 6000gallon tanker with 3 tag axles. Originally built as a milk tanker, the dept got it and turned it into a fire tanker. It does have a small transfer pump, 250-300gpm. Dept says that they typically just back in and dump into one or more drop tanks.and run it as a shuttle tanker. Pics are courtesy of Bryan Husse, FRF.
