| Bio | Dr Ken Hoffman, DACM, L.Ac, EMT-B has been in the medical field for over 2 decades. He is the EMS Lt for his local fire department and part of their technical SAR team. He is also a member Disaster and Wilderness Ground Searcher(D.A.W.G.S.) a volunteer k-9 SAR team in Connecticut and NY. He is wilderness medicine certified and a member of NASAR, Wilderness Medicine Society and National Search Dog Alliance. His company, TerraTrek Medical, has a mission of teaching outdoor enthusiasts and ADV motorcyclist about remote first aid and survival when off grid. Along with his partner Kit, a Labrador retriever, they are presently in training for live find searches and HRD. |
