Bio | I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (CA-LPCC #610) assisting high-stakes professional first responders, emergency staff, and medical personnel struggling with occupational critical incidents, personal crisis, stress, trauma, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and suicide. I utilize trauma-informed concepts and techniques based in cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I am also the Clinical Director for Public Safety Professionals Retreat, or ProSPeR, a non-profit, six-day intensive retreat that provides First Responders the opportunity to acquire and practice new coping skills while improving personal and professional relationships. |
