On January 21, 2023, at approximately 22:22 Hours PST, a gunman entered the Star Ballroom Dance Studio in Monterey Park, California and opened fire, killing ten innocent victims and injuring ten others who were gathered to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
The Los Angeles Area Fire Chiefs Association’s Regional Training Group (RTG) has provided some excellent information worthy of every fire & EMS agency's leadership review.

The Los Angeles Area Fire Chiefs Association comprises of 29 separate fire departments in the Los Angeles region. This incident saw the response of no less than 7 local fire departments that have trained to respond as one.

29 separate fire departments in a region that train and operate as one. They can't be all that different from other areas that consist of multiple separate fire departments who, when arriving on a scene, unfortunately operate as multiple separate fire departments.
Odd's are, the thought "where there's a will, there's a way" fit's in there somewhere in areas where multiple fire departments work hard to successfully operate as one.
