The family of the late Chief Stegbauers wants all to know that Firefighters are all very welcome at his service. They do welcome any firefighter wishing to pay their respects. There will be elements included in his service honoring his firefighting service. (Previously the message was a little confusing as far as fire personnel attendance)
HERE IS THE FULL INFORMATION FOR BOTH FALLEN FIREFIGHTERS
Details for the two individual funeral services for Concord-Greene Fire Chief Ralph Stegbauer and Captain Jeff Skaggs (who were killed in the Line of Duty while doing work at their fire station on Saturday) are as follows:
CAPTAIN SKAGGS:
Visitation for Captain Jeff Skaggs will be Friday, December 1, from 4 pm to 8 pm.
Service will be on Saturday, December 2, at 11:00 am.
Both the above will be held at Grace Community Church, 525 Glenn Ave, Washington Court House, OH 43160.
Burial will be at the Milledgeville-Plymouth Cemetery, Northwest, 7790 OH-729, Washington Court House, OH 43160.
The service and burial will include firefighter and military honors.
CHIEF STEGBAUER:
Chief Ralph Stegbauer will have visitation on Saturday, December 2, from 1 pm to 5 pm. Service will then begin at 5 pm. Both will be held at Crossroads Christian Church. 175 Halliday Wy, Washington Court House, OH 43160.
