I haven't tried these but saw it on Avery Recipes FB page and it looks and sounds great...
Ingredients:
12 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken and broccoli mixture and place them in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
