Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites with Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Potatoes:
1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, toss the halved or quartered baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary. Spread them on a baking sheet.
3. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.
4. While the potatoes are roasting, season the steak bites with salt and black pepper.
5. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add the steak bites and sear until browned on all sides. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
7. Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter herb mixture until evenly coated.
8. Serve the Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites over the roasted potatoes, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
