Saw this recipe by Holly M. on our local meat packing company FB page and thought it might be a great slider option. (We haven't tried it but looks tasty.)
Combine one pound of ground beef in a bowl with a few dashes of worcestershire sauce, a season salt blend, onion powder or minced dry onion, ¼ cup bread crumbs, and a few tablespoons of ketchup.
Press this mixture evenly into a 9x13 cookie sheet or baking dish.
Bake at 375⁰ for 25 minutes. Drain the grease and top with your choice of cheese and place back into the warm oven until it melts. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place on sliced slider buns.
Can add toppings of your choice...mustard, mayo, pickles, ketchup, etc.
